How do I upload audio to my website? I’m using XML NOTEPAD 2007 and LEECH FTP.?

Uploaded 1 file with a friend’s help but i might be forgetting a step now. a "step by step" type answer is much appreciated. Best answer to the one who helps me. Thanks guys.

    If you just want to play an audio file, or music file on your website (e.g. a MP3 file), you need a flash audio player. The advantage of using a flash audio player is that its OS independent, whereas if you use Windows Media Player or an ActiveX control, it can only be played if the viewer is also using Windows.
