How to edit xml files (my notepad++ won’t work Civ4?
ok i have civ 4 , warlords, and Bts i follow all the guides and when i try to edit the xml files in the xml directory. i try to copy it into my mod and then edit it. but for some reason when i try to save it says "check if program is open elsewhere" PLZZZZZ HELP
