what i am trying to do is i have to design a web application using xml and xslt…. in xml i have to get the data from existing table in database.. in that table i have to perform group by clause … this might look simple.. i’ll be very happy if some one helps me out from this….

I never heard like this before but I’m quite sure there must be some converter in order to recognise the .xml file from asp.net. Or if there are some tools or features in the asp.net compiler/editor, use it!
unlike pure HTML, .xml is a user defined structure like Html, and there must be some program to read it. Otherwise, it won’t be functioned
