Its probably a server side issue, which means you have to wait form them to correct the problem. You could try contacting customer support if it exists for your mail provider. I can’t think of anything you would do on the user side that would cause an XML error. If you were messing around with advanced settings its probably your fault.
You need to provide more information, are you using outlook express? or hotmail? gmail? or your letter box in your front door?
