I want to create a computer program that will translate from English to Spanish and vice versa. So someone could type in a word, phrase, or paragraph and translate from one language to another. What programming language would I use to write up the code and then implement this program?

i have an image gallery which has XML file that stores static names for the images i want to modify the XML file, so that i can connect to the DATABSE and bring the images from there dynamically how can i do that please ? I would be much appreciate someone can help on this [...]

Hi .. I’m a bit confused about what xml means and what it can do .. AFAIK , XML is an amelioration of xHTML .. But someone said to me that it can replace PHP or any programming language .. Is this true ?
