Hi, Can some suggest me of some FREE VIDEO TUTORIAL sites. I want to learn HTML, JAVA, XML, JScript…?

I am already aware of sites like easytutorials.com, W3schools,SiteBuilder.com, Programmingtutorials.com. But these do not offer VIDEO turtorials. Please Please help me with sites that offer FREE VIDEO tutorials only. Thanks in advance.

How do you grab images from the internet using visual basic programing?

I already know how to get the source (webpage html) using a webclient on visual basic. But what i want is to be able to screenscrape (parse) through the code and make it display a certain image from the website into a picturebox.
I believe you would also need a webclient for this, also screenscraping through xml coding too.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I am trying to find a way to load an XML file into HTML in a table.?

I have looked at w3schools tutorials, and every other one I could find online. None seem to work. I tried copying and pasting the w3 schools tutorial html and xml (saved as seperate files in the same folder), and they don’t work. I don’t mind if I need to use javascript, or whatever. My html file contains tables as placeholders; the xml data should load and display in one of these cells . It can load into a table, or as data (without showing the xml tags). Someone please either point me to a decent tutorial on this, or let me know what code I can use. Most of the javascript tutorials I found don’t explain where the codes need to be in order to work, and I haven’t found a way through hours of experimenting. If I could even just get the source code for an html doc and an external xml file that actually displays, I can play around until it works for me. I am familiar with html, and with xml, but have never used xml in html. I am relatively unfamiliar with javascript. Thanks in advance…

How do I make .xml files in Network Solutions?

I want to my website (which I produce through Network Solutions) to publish its own RSS feed. To do this, I need to create a .xml file. Can this even be done in Network Solutions? If so, can you explain how? Thanks in advance.
If you have no experience with Network Solutions, PLEASE DON’T ANSWER. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

Also, to my knowledge there is no "Save As" feature, so don’t just tell me to save an HTML file differently.

Converting a remote XML file to html?

Can someone tell me how to or give me the scripting/code to display a remote XML file (at an external URL) as a html table on a page of my site.

Thanks in advance!

How do I tell my website to open an XML file based on user-submitted data?

Okay, I’m using Microsoft FrontPage 2003, and I’m trying to set up a weather section on my website using XML feeds from The Weather Channel. My problem is that my hosting company doesn’t support PHP or ASP – so how do I make it so that a user can submit his/her zip code, have that information translated into an XML URL, then have my weather page open that URL to post the data?

I’m using ASP.NET (.aspx) webpages, just for reference. Thanks SO MUCH in advance for any answers provided!
I’m using Microsoft Office Live, which is in beta testing, and that is why ASP and PHP are not yet available, although they will be in the near future. They give me free webspace, FrontPage extensions, and a free domain name, all without ads – that’s why I’m not switching.
Mark M – There is a problem with my account, and ASP should be working soon. But, is there any way you could give me an example of a JavaScript code that work with the API and I’ll do some tweaks on it – thanks in advance.

Why is an XML file written? How are tags defined and used? I want to know the structure of the XML file.?

Thanks in advance.

Is there a program that converts text to XML? Or something that helps writing XML?

I was just wondering if there is a program that someone could use (who doesn’t know a lot about programming XML) to help write XML? I know that Microsoft Office 2003 has a feature that allows you to save to XML, but so much of the code is unnecessary and confusing… This program would be used for people who don’t have the time to learn XML and would be used to just type notes and have them converted to XML.

Thanks in advance.

Does any one know a dictionary XML file download WITH words and meanings?

Hi,
I am trying to make a program which defines a word when you type it in and press enter. But to make it so, I need a dictionary (preferably a XML file) with both the words and meanings so I can refer to it. Many thanks in advance.
