im trying to make some aplications for things, like Yahoo Mail, Messanger.

any tips on how to do this?
and dont say google like the first idiot who answered, i wouldnt be asking if that had worked
i know about finding the source, BUT how to i make it into XML format, so i can use it for online web apps

I’ve got a site that sells some products. When you search for that product on Yahoo, it shows the xml sitemap on Yahoo instead of the page.

Is there a way to stop this from happening so that the spiders/bots can still crawl all the links with in the xml sitemap but not actually show up on the search engine?

I would like to add my personal website as an RSS feed on my yahoo 360 page but I dont see the XML code tehy said to look for in yahoo help. How can i add it to my site or get it. It is a yahoo website

For some reason I seriously cannot figure it out. If you know some site where I can learn how to heavily parse XML files with PHP, then that would be good enough. This isn’t just simple RSS or anything. This is very complex, multi-layered XML. I am using this for something that’s just like Blogger and Xanga, where someone could make blogs. The XML is for themes in something like Blogger, where you would enter <$someVariableName$>, but mine is in completely XML. Some thing like
<foreachpost>
<![CDATA[
<b>another post: at $time by $who</b><br />
<p>$posttext</p>
]]>
</foreachpost>
If you would like to help me out by maybe even doing all of the source code for parsing the XML, I would really appreciate it, and I will definitely have a link to your site or whatever if you like. I think they’re old yahoo chats, and I want to get inside and see what’s in them, but I get the following error:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

I don’t know a thing about xml, so any help would be great.

Is it possible to add a sitemap.xml file for google to a yahoo sitebuilder file? If so how? I’m not having any luck. Thanks!

A box pops up and says line b parsing xml; object required, when loading of my Yahoo.com is done. It happens on both of my computers just this morning. Wonder if Yahoo had a update in the middle of the night because yesterday it was fine. Any HELP on fixing it. I’M CONFUSED ON WHAT THIS IS. Thanks

i have done sample programme using jms. using one particular ip i am sending mail. i can send mail to gmail and local mail also. but i could not send it to yahoo mail id. i do not know the problem. kindly give the reason for the problem. whether it is possible or not.
