Then he told me to close my browser and reopen it. Still same problem and now I can’t get them back on live chat. Anyone else ever had this issue and know how to resolve it? It’s just one particular email. All others are no problem.

I am having problems with the Yahoo Fantasy Football 09 app. It worked great for 2 weeks and now whenever I try to open it I get the error message "Error Accessing Service Unable to parse XML Document". I tried to uninstall/reinstall and get the same thing. Any help would be much appreciated because this is a fantastic app and I would really like to use it again.
