What are some good books on HTML / CSS / XML?

I’ve been searching for a new book to refresh my HTML / CSS / XML skills, but there are so many options out there. I thought I’ll put the question out there.

Yea, unles you are seriously willing to spend money, I suggest you ‘re-learn’ at http://www.w3schools.com It is a free site made by the www consortium (the group of people who create the web-base standards). The site includes everything… hmtl, css, javascript, php, sql, ajax, etc..
I suggest going there before spending money on a book.
    Just my input, however.

Bit obvious but Sams teach yourself html/XML. I got that when I first started doing HTML and it was great for a beginner with no other programming background.

"Bulletproof Web Design" and "The CSS Anthology: 101 Essential Tips, Tricks, and Hacks"

These are required reading for my developers. These books will help guide you to building the right type of web pages with maintainable code (and your code will be readable too). Although these focus on CSS, this should be enough to get you started.

"CSS: The Missing Manual" is a very good CSS book.
I don’t see a Missing Manual book for HTML, so w3schools is probably your best resource there.
