What are XML documents? Can I delet them?

They are in Documents and Settings\My folder\Local settings\Temp.
As a matter of fact, what are ALL of these files in the temp folder ? And if they are temp files, can’t they ALL be deleted?

Also what about Set Up, Cabinet and Install files? can they be deleted after the program is downloaded and installed? They are HUGE!!

    yes they can b deleted!
    right click on it>properties then change its file type!
    if its on archive…change it to read only, vice versa.
    then try to delete it!
    if you installed some programs and you desired to delete it
    go to control panel>add/remove programs
    it should be in there.. highlight the program then click Remove
