What software shall I use to create my website with my XML feed?

I have obtained a quite valuable XML feed of bookie odds and I would like to create a website which would automatically update with the data.

I was about to hire someone to create/code the site for me as I’m not a developer. However, I have seen some software descriptions which may be able to let me create the site myself.

Any advice?

You don’t need software to do this. You can set up a website for free with Microsoft’s Office Live Small Business and then plug in your XML feed. This services also lets you register and host your domain, and if you already have a registered domain you can move it over and host it with Office Live Small Business.
