Why won`t my computer let me delete my XML files?

I have been trying to delete all these extra hidden files from computer that are in folders: C:/Documents and Settings/Me/Local Settings/Temp/ProPlus/.WW/ProPls.cab

Although my computer wont let me. Does anyone know how I can get this off my computer without leaving any trace of it left on the computers history. My computer is a Windows XP, which I am well aware has a built in keylogger.

    This one is a free one and will allow you to delete the file however make sure it isnt vital for a program that you use before deleting as that may affect the program in a negitive way
